Our smallest storage unit would be a climate controlled 5x5 unit.

We have a selection of climate-controlled units (dedicated HVAC system) on the second floor of our main office building. We have a freight elevator to get items to the second floor, but tenants will need to take two short flights of stairs. We do have units also on the ground floor of our main office building with interior access only, no drive-up. These units DO NOT have a dedicated HVAC system.

Please reach out to our office to proceed. We offer 5% discount if you pre-pay your unit 3-6 months and a 10% discount if you pre-pay 7 months to 1 year. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON PREPAYS.

We have 24/7 video surveillance. Interior units are accessible only by keypad; code is assigned after renting.

If someone you have referred rents a unit you may anticipate a $25 credit towards your next payment. Please call the office to ensure we have been made aware.

Yes.

We do not require you to have insurance. When you sign our contract, you have to agree to accept responsibility for your items and not hold us personally liable for any damage.

Q: Outside storage? A: Our outside gravel parking lot is only open April 1st - October 31st. Interested renters should contact the office.
